MISFITS Basketball – Delmarva’s Official TBL Team
Indianapolis, IN — The Basketball League (TBL) has officially awarded its newest expansion market to Delmarva, America’s First State, ratified in 1787. The new franchise — MISFITS Basketball — enters the league with a purpose-driven vision and a commitment to developing athletes, leaders, and community impact.
The team is owned by The Misfit Foundation, with Jami Harrigan-Ferro of Omni Business Solutions serving as the Managing Partner. Omni is a full-service business management and media company supporting entrepreneurs across brands, creative media, and strategic development.
This TBL franchise is more than a professional basketball team — it is a pipeline and a platform. The Misfit Foundation acquired the team as a cornerstone to help build and sustain the nonprofit prep program associated with Mercy & Grace School (MAGS).
Together, the professional franchise and the prep team will operate side by side, creating a complete ecosystem of athletic, academic, and character development. Misfit athletes will pour back into youth, training the next generation of leaders — the future MISFITS Basketball.
The mission is clear: To teach sustainability, discipline, integrity, transparency, hard work, dedication, and intentional community impact through the game of basketball.

The Misfits join TBL’s dynamic Atlantic Division, competing alongside teams in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

MISFITS Basketball will host regional tryouts throughout Delmarva and participate in TBL’s Annual Draft Combine on January 31 & February 1 in Indianapolis. The 2026 TBL season begins in late February.
