Next Gen MISFITS is a structured youth development program designed to leverage athletics as a pathway to mentorship, discipline, and life sustainability training.

We’re building a lane where young athletes grow in skill, accountability, and confidence — with intentional touchpoints that connect them to the broader MISFITS ecosystem.

Purpose-driven training and experiences — not random runs.

Is this a full-time team?

Next Gen includes structured programming, clinics, events, and select team-style activations as lanes launch.

Do you have to be elite?

Effort and coachability come first. Some activations may be advanced or invite-only — we’ll label those clearly.

How does this connect to the pro team?
