Assumption of Risk: I understand tryouts may involve physical activity including dancing, stunts, crowd interaction, athletic movement, and/or performance routines. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or loss that may occur.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless First State Misfits, Misfit Nation, their owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and sponsors from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in tryouts, including personal injury, medical expenses, property loss, or damages, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Medical Authorization: If I am injured or become ill, I authorize organizers to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf. I understand I am responsible for all medical costs and that organizers are not providing medical insurance.

Media Release: I grant permission for photos/video/audio captured during tryouts (including my submitted uploads) to be used for team marketing, social media, promotions, broadcasts, and related content without compensation.

Eligibility & Conduct: I confirm I can safely participate and will follow staff instructions. I understand participation is not guaranteed and that the organization may deny or remove any participant for safety, behavior, or policy violations.

Non-Refundable Fee: I understand the registration fee is non-refundable, including if I do not attend, am not selected, or am removed for conduct or safety reasons.
